Using Our Services
By creating an account or using techtara.com.np, you agree to these terms. Our services include hardware sales, computer repair, software development, and a peer-to-peer secondhand marketplace.
Orders & Payment
Orders placed through the Shop are currently fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Repair quotes are provided after diagnosis and are not binding until you accept them.
Marketplace Listings
The Marketplace is a platform connecting individual buyers and sellers of secondhand electronics. Techtara Technologies is not a party to transactions between users, does not verify the condition or authenticity of listed items, and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. Users are responsible for exercising reasonable caution when meeting or transacting with others.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Repairs & Warranty
Warranty terms, if any, vary by repair type and part used, and will be communicated to you at the time of service. Techtara Technologies is not liable for pre-existing data loss on devices submitted for repair โ we recommend backing up your data beforehand where possible.
Limitation of Liability
Techtara Technologies provides its services on an "as available" basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
